Young Talent
The Connection carries out different initiatives to encourage the attraction and promotion of young talent, fostering new vocations. Human capital is the greatest asset that the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) has. Science is constantly changing and therefore the CSIC employs a series of mechanisms in order to attract the most valuable research and technical personnel that allow it to be a leader in the research fields within the theme of this Connection, becoming an international benchmark.
