Genomic Insights into Three Locally Adapted Diatoms from the Albufera Coastal Lagoon

The goal of this project is to complete the genome sequence and the annotation of three diatoms found within the Valencia Albuferea Coastal Lagoon. This project is a collaboration with the group of D. Tomas Matus at the Institute for Integrative Systems Biology, CSIC, Valencia. Our goal in the project is to perform Iso-seq analyses of the different diatom species and perform the genome annotation of these species.
