Coping with unpredictability: regulatory plasticity as an adaptation strategy in the human malaria parasite

Malaria parasites face rapidly-changing environments within and in their transit between hosts, switching phenotypes to adapt. This project aims to determine the regulatory mechanisms underlying this plasticity.
