BEHAV3D

BEHAV3D is a comprehensive platform combining multi-color live 3D imaging with computational analysis to study tumor-immune interactions. BEHAV3D enables: (i) quantitative analysis of tumor cell death dynamics at both single-organoid or single-cell and population levels, (ii) classification of T cell behaviors, and (iii) generation of data-informed 3D visualizations and videos for detailed inspection and interpretation of results. This integrated approach allows precise assessment of how solid and liquid tumors respond to cellular immunotherapies, capturing both inter- and intratumoral heterogeneity in treatment outcomes. Moreover, BEHAV3D reveals the behavioral patterns of T cells involved in tumor targeting, providing mechanistic insights into their mode of action.
