SQANTI-SIM

SQANTI-SIM is a simulator of controlled transcript novelty for long-read RNA sequencing (lrRNA-seq) benchmarks. It allows users to manage transcript novelty using popular long-read simulators, simulating realistic scenarios involving unannotated transcripts.
