Bioinformatics Service at CBM
The CBMSO Bioinformatics Service originated from the Bioinformatics Unit established by Angel Ramirez Ortiz around 2005.
We offer comprehensive solutions: sequence analysis (BLAST, phylogenies), protein structure prediction (AlphaFold, molecular dynamics), complex modeling, and machine learning. We provide access to local clusters and external HPC resources (CSIC, RES, Google Cloud). We take projects from raw data to publication-ready results using state-of-the-art computational approaches.
