Biography: Scientist passionate about agricultural innovation. With a background in the development and evaluation of bioactive compounds, I have led multidisciplinary projects that have resulted in obtaining bioactive compounds that improve different plant parameters such as rooting (+10% increase in root dry weight), productivity (increases of more than 5% in crop weight) and quality parameters such as fruit color or BRIX grades. I am currently doing pre-doctoral studies in the field of plant breeding. This project is focused on the bioinformatics study of the sunflower-Orobanche cumana relationship, being O. cumana a parasitic plant that affects sunflower crop yield
