Biography: I am a PhD researcher specializing in bioinformatics, with a strong focus on omic technologies—particularly in genomics and population genetics. My work involves the analysis of large-scale genomic data from various wheat species, including tasks such as inversion validation, transposable element annotation, and pangenome construction. I primarily use Python, Bash, and R to carry out my analyses, and I integrate AI tools to improve efficiency while continuously working to deepen my own coding and analytical skills. I’m especially interested in applying my research to real-world challenges in plant biology and agriculture.
