Biography: Bioinformatician hired through the Severo Ochoa Grant, currently working at the BCB Lab at the Doñana Biological Station (EBD-CSIC). Provides technical guidance and support to researchers conducting genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and other bioinformatics analyses beyond traditional “omics” approaches, with a strong focus on biological purpose. Additionally, he develops high-throughput computing workflows based on Docker containers in HPC clusters managed by Kubernetes.
