Project

The goal of the project is to develop bioinformatics methods for the integration os single-cell and long-read multiomics datasets, developing software tools that implement these methods. We include RNA-seq and ATAC-seq for both single-cell and long-read methodologies. The project has Dr. Sonia Tarazona of the Polytechnic University of Valencia as a second PI. Four PhD students and one lab technician are associated with this project.
