Cancer Genomics and Transcriptomics
Cancer Genomics and Transcriptomics is a multidisciplinary field that investigates both the DNA-level alterations and RNA expression profiles that underlie cancer development, progression, and treatment response. It integrates the analysis of somatic mutations, copy number changes, structural variants, and epigenetic features (genomics) with gene expression, alternative splicing, and non-coding RNA regulation (transcriptomics).
