We are modeling the interaction of polyphenols with relevant targets in human health, like the glucocorticoid receptor (GR) in collaboration with Eva Estébanez-Perpiñá (U Barcelona).
We are modeling the structure and interactions of bitter taste receptors (TAS2R), a family of GPCR proteins with over 25 members with different specificities for small compounds related to bitter taste.
