Cellular, Molecular and Bioinformatics Service at ICVV
We provide flexible, end-to-end bioinformatics support across genomics, transcriptomics (RNA-seq, scRNA-seq), metataxonomics, and structural bioinformatics, turning raw sequencing data into clear, operational results.
From quality assessment and preprocessing to alignment, quantification, variant calling, differential analyses, and taxonomic profiling, we handle every step with transparent, reproducible workflows and expert interpretation.
Services are available to ICVV researchers, other CSIC institutes, and external collaborators. We also prepare metadata and manage data submission (FAIR) to public repositories. In addition, we offer periodic courses and hands-on tutorials to build bioinformatics skills.
