COVID-19 Structural Hub
Since the COVID-19 outbreak many molecular structure models, have been generated to identify new therapeutic targets to overcome a constantly evolving virus. The COVID-19 Structural Hub provides the user with the complete list of published structures, ordered from the most recent ones. A powerful search engine is supplied so that users can select specific entries they are interested in. To help search for SARS-CoV-2 specific protein products, a graphical tool representing the entire virus proteome and quick filters to select entries with particular features are available.
