MirCure
MirCure is a software for quality control, filtering, and curation of microRNA candidates. It evaluates miRNA-specific features based on gene expression, biogenesis, and conservation data to generate scores used to assess the reliability of miRNA annotations. The tool includes a graphical interface for manual curators to browse supporting evidence.
